Y’all, this place stole my heart! The private outdoor bath was nothin’ short of bliss, even in the chilly weather. Tada and the team treated us like family—always checkin’ in and makin’ our stay special. The traditional breakfast was a highlight, bless your heart. Couldn’t get enough of the peaceful atmosphere!

Impeccable service greeted us, with staff ready to make local dining recommendations that enhanced our experience. The beautifully designed townhouse featured thoughtful amenities like a private garden and exquisite outdoor bath, truly a retreat.
Navigating the steep staircase was a bit challenging for us, making it less convenient for anyone with mobility issues. Additionally, the restroom lighting could use an upgrade to create a brighter ambiance.

The steep stairs were a workout, not practical for everyone!!! Only one small trash can upstairs made our waste management tricky during the stay!!! I expected better convenience for disposal needs!!!

yado kiramachi was such a delightful find! my previous stays in kyoto were good, but this place really exceeded my expectations with its beautiful design and cozy atmosphere. the futons were super comfortable, and the traditional breakfast was a fantastic treat.
the lighting in the toilets was a bit dim.

yado kiramachi is a gem! we loved the beautiful outdoor tub and shower in our room. it’s so centrally located, making it easy to explore attractions and dining options nearby. the staff was amazing, especially in accommodating our gluten and dairy allergies during breakfast. also, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.
